Our facility is equipped with 4-axis milling, turning centers, and precision laser marking technology. We leverage top-tier software, including SolidWorks, SolidCAM, and NX Unigraphics CAD/CAM, enabling us to address complex manufacturing requirements with precision and efficiency.

We work with a broad range of materials, such as stainless steel, titanium, and cobalt chrome, delivering versatility and exceptional quality in every project. ASAP Metalfab has been fabricating and powder coating precision sheet metal products in Central Washington for over 35 years. We are a team of 30 engineers and fabricators who take pride in making it right for our customers—even when things get tough.

Our capabilities include CAD design, laser cutting, CNC forming, welding, sandblasting, powder coating, and assembly. We back this up with a dedicated quality department and can provide dimensional inspection reports using our FARO arm.

We specialize in production runs for industrial OEMs, while also supporting local inventors and artists with prototypes and custom design work. Our engineering team can design custom tooling and fixtures to help bring new products into scalable production.
