C.S. Prototyping is in Columbus, Indiana. We have over twenty years of experience in CNC Machining. We produce small batches to high volume production quantities and manufacture industrial parts with high-speed CNC Machining centers. We follow rigorous " first-part inspection" procedures and document all statistical process control measures; by doing so, our customer quality expectations are exceeded .

We build tools that can be run at any molding facility and can offer Fast Track Tooling for parts that fit into a 5x8 or 7x13 aluminum mud insert. If your part is a unique size and doesn't fit into a standard insert size, we build standalone mold bases in customized sizing. Our prototype or "Bridge" tools will run up to 250,000 shots. Parts can be shipped in as little as two weeks with no need to send new data for minor part changes. Our expert team can mold any plastic resin and any surface finish needed.
